Her background includes various non-consulting roles and recognition as an Atlantik Brücke Young Leader. Fluent in several languages and passionate about fitness, reading, and fine dining, Daniela's diverse skill set and international experience underpin her successful career in consulting.
Daniela Nienstedt is a seasoned Managing Director and Partner with nearly 20 years of expertise in operational, strategic, restructuring, and personnel consulting, focusing primarily on the Private Capital sector. Since 2017, she has led the Financial Services division at Russell Reynolds Associates in Frankfurt, where she excels in executive search and advisory services for Private Equity professionals and portfolio companies. Her role involves recruiting senior executives and providing strategic guidance on management assessments, organizational design, and career development. Prior to this, Daniela served as a Director at AlixPartners, handling complex turnaround and restructuring projects for major companies, and as a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting GmbH, specializing in Private Equity and investor services.
